Many rewards credit cards can sound appealing but some cards require you to spend a lot of money before you get any worthwhile rewards.

Many people find themselves spending extra on their credit cards just to achieve extra rewards. Often the interest rate on rewards credit cards can be much higher than other cards. Many also have a higher annual fee.

Be sure that the rewards you will receive will outweigh any extra interest charges and annual fees. If you use credit cards and pay your balance off in full every month then a good rewards credit cards would make sense. Before signing up be sure to find out how much you need to spend to get the rewards and whether they are actually worthwhile.
